    About the Role:

    Wentworth Home, a local nonprofit assisted living community, has been proudly serving older adults for more than 125 years. As we continue our mission of providing exceptional, residentcentered care, we are excited to expand our team of nursing professionals.

    We are currently seeking qualified full and parttime Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) for our 2nd (2pm10pm) and 3rd (10pm-6am) shifts, including every other weekend.

    Responsibilities


    Provide compassionate, personcentered care to residents in accordance with individualized care plansAssist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility supportMonitor and report changes in residents physical or emotional condition to the nursing teamSupport residents during mealtimes, including assistance with feeding when neededMaintain accurate, timely documentation of care providedPromote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residentsFoster positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team membersParticipate in shift handoffs, team meetings, and ongoing trainingUphold Wentworth Homes values of dignity, respect, and highquality careContribute to a collaborative, supportive, and fun workplace cultureQualifications


    Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certificationProficient in basic life support and patient care techniquesKnowledge of medical terminology and documentation practicesFamiliarity with care plans and HIPAA regulationsBackground in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settingsAbility to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including those with cognitive disabilities and Alzheimer's care

    Are you passionate about providing excellent care to our area seniors and becoming part of a team of healthcare professionals that values a workplace culture that is fun, dedicated and collaborative?

    As a local non-profit assisted living, Wentworth Home has been providing this care to our residents for over 125 years, and we are looking forward to expanding our dedicated team of nursing professionals.

    We are seeking qualified full and/or part-time LNA's for our 1st (6am to 2pm), 2nd (2pm - 10pm) and 3rd (10pm to 6am) shifts, including every other weekend. Our hourly rate includes generous shift and weekend differentials, as well as bonuses, special work differentials, certified  training and qualifying for our benefits package.

    Responsibilities

    Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and EHR standards.Assist in the implementation of patient care plans and support patients with cognitive disabilities or memory care needs.Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients while adhering to all safety protocols.Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient service and care quality.

    Qualifications
