    weMED Integrative Wellness is expanding our team!


    We are seeking a Seasoned Licensed Massage Therapist(s) with a passion for true healing- one who blends clinical expertise with compassionate touch and the understanding that every client's path to wellness is unique.


    Deliver customized massage treatments integrating therapeutic, medical, and relaxation techniques.Collaborate with acupuncturists, functional medicine, and other team members to create holistic treatment plans. Perform detailed assessments to identify muscle imbalances, restrictions, or energetic blockages.Document treatment plans and client progress following clinical and HIPAA standards.Educate clients on posture, stretching, breathing, and selfcare strategies that enhance ongoing results.Maintain an organized, calming and hygienic treatment space that reflects weMED's healing environment.Participate in wellness events, continuing education, and inhouse case reviews.Embody weMED's mission: to heal, educate, and empower every client on their wellness journey


    Qualifications

    Current, active Massage Therapy License in Texas3+ Years of professional massage therapy experience, ideally in spa, clinical, wellness, or medical settingProficiency in multiple certified modalities (medical massage, myofascial release, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, sports therapy, hot stone, cranial, reiki level 2+)Knowledge of Eastern medicine principles (meridian theory, qi flow, yin-yang balance) is a plusExcellent communication, empathy, and client-education skills Strong team player mindset and commitment to professional integrityCompany DescriptionIf you're ready to bring your expertise to a collaborative, compassionate environment where you can make a lasting impact, we would love to meet you.

    Job DescriptionJob Description

    weMED Integrative Medicine is seeking a compassionate and professional Licensed Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team. This dual-role position supports both medical, spa and front-desk operations to provide an exceptional and seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and passionate about integrative health-blending the best of Eastern and Western medicine to help guest achieve wellness.

    Clinical/Spa Support:

    Greet and prepare guest for consultations and treatments.Record vital signs, guest history and other clinical/spa information in EHR.Assist with minor procedures, treatment preparation, and post-care guidance.Maintain treatment rooms in accordance with protocols and safety standards.Manage lab orders, test results and provider follow-ups.Monitor and restock supplies, maintaining compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards.

    Front Desk & Reception:

    Welcome patients and guests warmly, setting a clam and professional tone.Check-in and Check-out processes, ensuring all information and payments are properly handles.Schedule, confirm, and coordinate using our preferred platform.Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.Verify insurance coverage, process patient forms, and assist with onboarding new clients.Collaborate with associates to ensure a smooth for guest.Perform light admin duties and assist with special projects during downtime.

    Qualifications:

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.Licensure: Must hold an active Medical Assistant License in Texas.Certification: CMA, RMA, or equivalent.Experience: Minimum 1 year in clinical, spa, or wellness environment.Proficiency with EHR systemsExceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a high-end wellness and medical environment.
