Qualifications

This dual-role position supports both medical, spa and front-desk operations to provide an exceptional and seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and passionate about integrative health-blending the best of Eastern and Western medicine to help guest achieve wellness.
Clinical/Spa Support:
Greet and prepare guest for consultations and treatments.Record vital signs, guest history and other clinical/spa information in EHR.Assist with minor procedures, treatment preparation, and post-care guidance.Maintain treatment rooms in accordance with protocols and safety standards.Manage lab orders, test results and provider follow-ups.Monitor and restock supplies, maintaining compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards.Front Desk & Reception:
Welcome patients and guests warmly, setting a clam and professional tone.Check-in and Check-out processes, ensuring all information and payments are properly handles.Schedule, confirm, and coordinate using our preferred platform.Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.Verify insurance coverage, process patient forms, and assist with onboarding new clients.Collaborate with associates to ensure a smooth for guest.Perform light admin duties and assist with special projects during downtime.Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.Licensure: Must hold an active Medical Assistant License in Texas.Certification: CMA, RMA, or equivalent.Experience: Minimum 1 year in clinical, spa, or wellness environment.Proficiency with EHR systemsExceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a high-end wellness and medical environment.Work Environment:
