Position Overview The Hospice Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships throughout the East Mesa market. This role will work closely with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, community partners, patients, and families to increase awareness of hospice services and support appropriate referrals. This is a good fit for someone who is comfortable in the field, enjoys professional outreach, understands healthcare referral development, and can represent hospice services with warmth, confidence, and credibility. Qualifications Minimum two years of sales, marketing, business development, liaison, or referral development experience in healthcare required. Hospice, palliative care, home health, senior living, hospital, post-acute, or related healthcare experience strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred; additional relevant experience may be considered in place of degree. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, facility leadership, community partners, and referral sources. Strong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working independently in the field while staying connected to the broader team. Prior clinical experience is a plus, but not required. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required.
