Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartmentsAssist team with maintenance work orders as neededWork with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basisHelp maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areasWork collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothlyWhat We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experienceNo HVAC certification required if you are willing to train and work towards getting certifiedEPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus!Strong customer service mindset and pride in your workAbility to work independently while being a reliable team playerComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasksPhysical & Technical Requirements

We are currently seeking a skilled & motivated Maintenance Assistant Supervisor in the following area:
Location: Abbington West End - Henrico, VA (Richmond)
In this role, you will assist with managing and coordinating activities of a service team to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property are completed in an efficient manner, as well as working as part of the team to complete all maintenance duties.
Our maintenance team will diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural and appliances. You will also schedule and directly supervise all in-house and/or vendor work. You will share on-call with other team members.
This is a hands on role. The effective performance of our service team maximizes rents and maintains high occupancy levels by following professional maintenance practices, using quality control and following policies/procedures. Our service team is customer service driven which creates a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents.

Compensation:

Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartmentsAssist with apartment turns and make-readiesTroubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry itemsHelp maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areasWork collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothlyWhat We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experienceEPA Certification (Type II or Universal)Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experienceStrong customer service mindset and pride in your workAbility to work independently while being a reliable team playerComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasksPhysical & Technical Requirements

Leasing Consultant Schedule: Rotating Saturdays or alternate schedule available. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm.
Do you have a flexible schedule? If so, our alternative schedule leasing consultant position will give you an additional per pay period bonus! This schedule is set the same each week and consists of 5 days each week working (including Saturdays) with the same 2 days off per week (Sundays and one weekday).
Example: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - with Sundays and Wednesdays off. If you need a different weekday off we can be flexible.
Hours are: Weekdays 9-6 Saturdays 9-5 Sundays Off
