Job Responsibilities Project Execution and Coordination: Supervise and manage daily construction activities on the job site, ensuring that work is progressing according to the project schedule and specifications. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and practices to create a secure work environment for all personnel. Quality Control and Assurance: Inspect workmanship, materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications. Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during construction, working collaboratively with subcontractors and team members. Schedule Management: Develop and manage the project schedule, including sequencing of tasks, resource allocation, and coordination of activities. Communication and Reporting: Maintain open and effective communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and progress. Prepare and submit regular progress reports, updates, and documentation as required by project management and clients.
