    Position Overview

    We are seeking an Associate Attorney who is eager to take an active role in representing clients through all stages of litigation. This position offers meaningful hands-on experience, including direct client interaction, courtroom appearances, motion practice, mediations, depositions, and case strategy.

    The ideal candidate is a motivated litigator with strong writing, research, and advocacy skills who is looking to build a long-term practice in trust and estate litigation and civil litigation. Experience in trust and estate litigation, probate, tax law, or family law is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right attorney in our practice areas.

    Responsibilities

    Compensation & Benefits

    Our firm offers a starting salary of $100,000–$120,000, depending on experience. Following the 90-day introductory period, attorneys are eligible for a performance review based on factors such as quality of work, productivity, case management, and meeting deadlines. Attorneys may also receive a 20% origination bonus for clients they bring to the firm.

    Experience

    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Proven experience in general litigation with a strong foundation in procedural law knowledge and legal advocacy.Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw; experience with legal writing and drafting is essential.Prior law office experience involving client communication, legal motion preparation, trial support, and case management is highly desirable.
