The Event Set Up and Deliver Driver plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in the successful execution of weddings and events across our Presidio venues, including the Golden Gate Club, Officers' Club, and Log Cabin. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, physically active work and takes pride in keeping events running smoothly through timely deliveries, efficient setup, and organized breakdown.
This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, well suited for candidates balancing school or another job.

Safely transport food, equipment, and supplies between Presidio venues using company vehiclesLoad, unload, and deliver hotboxes, tables, chairs, dcor, and event equipment according to event timelinesRead and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accurate setup and deliverySet up and break down event spaces, including ceremonies and receptions for up to 200 guestsAssist with room flips, furniture moves, and post-event breakdownWork closely with banquet captains, kitchen teams, and event staff to support smooth operationsMaintain organized storage areas and properly return equipment after eventsProvide limited banquet service support only as needed (this is not a primary serving role)Physical Requirements
