    Title: CAD/CAM Designer – Tooling & Fixtures (Entry to Mid-Level)

    Location: Dayton, OH
    Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

    We’re a growing manufacturing company in the Dayton area specializing in precision tooling and fixture design. Our team values craftsmanship, innovation, and collaboration. If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on design work and is eager to grow your CAD/CAM skills, we’d love to meet you.

     

    What You’ll Do:

    Use AutoCAD (and other CAD software) to design and develop small tools, jigs, and fixtures.Work closely with machinists and engineers to turn design concepts into manufacturable parts.Assist in CAM programming to prepare parts for CNC machining (training provided if needed).Maintain and organize drawings, revisions, and project documentation.Collaborate with the team to improve tooling and production efficiency.

     

    What We’re Looking For:

    1–3 years of CAD experience (AutoCAD preferred).Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or machining.Any experience with CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.) is a plus.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow in a hands-on environment.
