    WCDC is an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) facility using FDA approved medication paired with behavioral health counseling. Our individual service plans are built around patients in a supportive, safe environment to create a personalized pathway to recovery. In addition to recovery, we also offer planned patient transportation and family and social support. 

    Position Summary

    The Member Transportation Specialist ensures that members are transported safely, respectfully, and efficiently between clinic and mobile unit locations. This role is much more than driving—it's about fostering positive relationships, supporting members on their recovery journey, and making a meaningful impact in the Seattle community and surrounding areas.

    Key Responsibilities

    Member Transportation & Safety

    Safely transport members to and from clinics, mobile units, and approved locations.Assist members with entering and exiting vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort.Follow traffic laws and clinic policies to maintain a safe and timely transportation schedule.

    Supportive Member Engagement

    Greet members with warmth, compassion, and respect.Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

    Operational & Administrative Excellence

    Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues promptly.Maintain accurate records of mileage, routes, and member interactions.Support other clinic operations as needed, such as deliveries or administrative tasks.

    Qualifications

    Education & Certifications

    High school diploma or equivalent.Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record.Current or attainable First Aid and CPR certification.

    Skills & Attributes

    Strong driving skills and a commitment to safe driving practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with members and colleagues.Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.Adaptability to work across different teams and manage multiple responsibilities.

    Preferred Experience

    At least one year of professional driving experience, preferably in transportation or customer service.Experience in healthcare, recovery settings, or working with diverse populations is a plus.

    Job Summary:

    The Vehicle and Building Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical clinic environment, ensuring compliance with all applicable licensing, regulatory, and safety standards. This role performs minor facility repairs, oversees vehicle maintenance, and ensures a clean, safe, and orderly work environment. The technician will manage external repair and construction services as needed and participate in Quality Improvement activities. This is an individual contributor role requiring hands-on maintenance expertise.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Position Overview

    The Member Service Representative (MSR) is the first point of contact for members, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role facilitates communication between medical staff and members, manages front-desk operations, and supports administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Greet and assist members, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.Handle phone lines and manage communication between medical staff and members.Facilitate member flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience in the clinic.Assist members in self-check-in and verify insurance information.Collect member fees, process payments, and manage mail distribution.Handle medical record requests in accordance with privacy and compliance standards.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-desk and waiting areas.Participate in MSR training and attend staff meetings.Adhere to HIPAA policies and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.Available for extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

    Position Summary

    The Dispensary Nurse is responsible for the safe and efficient dispensing of opioid agonist medications to members within WeCare Daily Clinics'. The role combines direct member care with critical operational responsibilities, including medication inventory and compliance oversight. The Dispensary Nurse ensures that all practices align with regulatory standards, clinic policies, and WeCare's mission of providing compassionate, member-centered care.

    Responsibilities

    Dispensary Operations

    Dispense appropriate medication doses and account for all medication inventory used during a shift.Organize and monitor daily dispensary activities, ensuring seamless workflows and operational compliance.Report medication inventory and supply needs to the Nurse Clinical Supervisor for timely reordering.

    Clinical Duties

    Administer and read tuberculosis tests for members and facilitate referrals for chest x-rays as needed.Accurately record all nursing documentation in the electronic medical records system, following professional standards.Provide direct nursing support and clinical care as assigned by the Float Pool Team Lead.

    Regulatory Compliance

    What You Bring:

The Counselor must also provide the agency with ongoing documentation of their current Washington Department of Health C.D.P. license credential throughout their employment. Minimum Two years of experience in the social service field and in chemical dependency treatment is required in accordance with the qualifications for a Department of Health licensed Chemical Dependency Professional as stipulated in the WAC.     Position Summary

    The Medical Assistant supports clinic operations by providing direct member care, assisting providers, and ensuring seamless delivery of healthcare services. This role requires adaptability, collaboration, and an understanding of the medical assistant scope of licensure. The Medical Assistant works with a wide range of individuals, including members, staff, providers, and external contacts, to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.     Responsibilities

    Clinical Support

    Assist providers in preparing for and delivering clinical services, including exams, procedures, and treatments.     Operational Support

    Prepare and maintain the clinic for daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adequate supplies. Collaborate with team members to coordinate member flow and optimize service delivery. Support accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

    Team Collaboration

    Work closely with providers and clinical staff as part of the Medical Support Team to deliver integrated, member-centered care.     Position Summary

    The Medical Assistant supports clinic operations by providing direct member care, assisting providers, and ensuring seamless delivery of healthcare services.     What You Bring:
