Shift differential upwards of $20/hr or more for individuals with MR/IDD ICF experience, CPR/First Aid cert; medication admin experience & NCI+ certification.
Minimum $18/hr with no experience and will train.

Pay increase guaranteed after 6mos & again 1 year of employment with exemplary work record.
Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to read and write proficiently in English.
· Must clear a background check for both abuse and the sex offender registry.
· Must be able to lift or support approximately 50 lbs either assisted or unassisted. Must be able to stoop, bend, and reach overhead.
· Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
· Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
