  Job DescriptionJob Description

  The Swimming Pool Construction Foreman oversees small teams, typically under 10 members, ensuring efficient and safe execution of swimming pool projects from site preparation to completion. This role involves direct supervision, quality control, and client interaction to deliver high-standard pool installations on schedule.

   

  Responsibilities

  Supervise daily construction activities and project progressBuild gunite & fiberglass swimming poolsWork with your team to maintain productivity and qualityEnforce safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free job siteInspect work quality to meet project and regulatory standardsManage materials and equipment usage efficientlyOversee equipment operation and maintenance on siteMaintain clear communication with clients and stakeholdersOrganize and manage project schedules to meet deadlinesPrepare the construction site for upcoming phases

   

  Required Qualifications

  Minimum 2 years of experience in swimming pool construction

   

  Preferred Qualifications

  Watermark Pools is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our service team. We are currently hiring experienced Pool Service Technicians as well as helpers who will assist our existing technicians with daily service operations. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in hands-on work, and value being part of a reliable team, we would love to hear from you.

  
  

  Pool Service Technician Responsibilities:
  Technicians will perform routine pool maintenance and service for residential and commercial clients. Duties include diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and ensuring pools are clean, safe, and operating properly.

  
  

  Perform weekly pool maintenance and water chemistry balancingDiagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, etc.)Troubleshoot plumbing or mechanical issuesCommunicate professionally with customers about service needsMaintain accurate service records and job notesOperate company vehicle and maintain tools and equipment

  
  

  Technician Helper Responsibilities:
  Helpers will assist experienced technicians in the field and learn the trade while supporting daily service tasks.

  Assist technicians with pool cleaning and maintenanceHelp with equipment installation and repairsCarry tools and materials to job sitesMaintain cleanliness of work areas and vehiclesLearn pool systems, equipment, and service procedures

  
  

  Qualifications:

  Experience in pool service or related mechanical field preferred (for technician positions)Willingness to learn and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsReliable transportation to and from workValid driver’s license preferredAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasksStrong work ethic and attention to detail
