    Summary

    A Scoreboard & Display Specialist will work directly with dealers, sales managers, and territory managers to create relationships with decision makers in the education industry (i.e. collegiate, high school, secondary schools), park & recreation market and professional sports facilities. This position is expected to reside within one of the following regions: Washington D.C., New York City, Central Pennsylvania, Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Northern Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia or Alabama.

    Responsibilities

    Generate sales of Scoreboards, LED Displays, Scorer’s tables and related products in defined territory.Generate leads and build relationships within the Sports, Education, and Recreation markets.Make concise and compelling presentations to target audiences.Represent Watchfire at relevant industry trade shows.Drive sales opportunities through weekly face-to-face meetings.Evaluate facilities to help make proper hardware and software recommendations.Follow up on leads generated by corporate marketing efforts.Utilize CRM tools to record sales and account activities.Generate proposals and guide prospects through the buying process.Maintain awareness of relevant sports market knowledge and trends, including but not limited to evolving display and scoring technologies, high-profile opportunities, pricing, and shifts in the competitive landscape.Work closely with members of the Sports and On-Premise team to maximize sales.

    Required Qualifications/Skills:

    Past participant in collegiate athletics is a plus.3+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a track record of successSales experience in the Scoreboard, LED display, Sports facility equipment, Sign, Pro A/V, or Construction industries.Experience working with a dealer network.History of prospecting and new account generation.Compelling presentation skills with a natural ability to hold strategic conversations and analyze audiences to change tacticsExperience analyzing and preparing responses to formal RFPsPast CRM usage, ideally Salesforce.comWillingness and ability to fly as needed to attend sales presentations and trade showsPhysical ability to do moderate lifting and to complete the moderately demanding physical activities required in the jobProficiency in the key Microsoft programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and the ability to rent vehicles

    Required Education and Licensing

    Associates degree in business, sales, or technologyBachelor’s Degree in business, sales, technology, or construction is preferred

    Pay Range

    $60,000 - $175,000 (including Base Salary + Commission and Bonus Structures)

    Summary

    The Manufacturing Engineer is an advanced skill level position that requires an individual who demonstrates proficiency across several technical, mechanical and computer disciplines, strong understanding of manufacturing methods, good project management, while demonstrating the motivation to apply their skills in a large capacity at Watchfire. The emphasis on this role is design/process development related to Watchfire manufacturing. The primary focus of this position is related to welding, sheet metal installation, assembly, paint, & shipping. Exceptional teamwork, communication, time management, data processing, multi-tasking skills, with an understanding of urgency and critical issues is required.

    Responsibilities

    Identify with Order Realization Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Quality personnel the established manufacturing capabilities, efficient production methods, and quality defects/risks, with manufacturing and quality control plans, that will result in modifications/improvements to product designs.Coordinate with Purchasing personnel to support product designs and improvements related to products sourced from vendors or subcontractors.Creation of manufacturing documentation and machine programming.Advise all affected departments regarding process effects resulting from product changes (e.g., DCN, ECO, ECR).Manage projects individually and by leading a team as necessary. Includes conducting meetings and coordinating with other employees, suppliers, and outside contractors.Communicate with and develop vendors on technical subjects to supply products that meet required specifications and quality standards.Regularly attend training on subjects important to Watchfire and stay informed of industry practices and standards.

    Required Qualifications/Skills:

    Proficient in reading/writing/typing in English. Comprehend written, visual, and verbal instructions. Experience presenting information in small group situations. Excellent reasoning skills related to cause and effect.Strong experience with computers, internet, smart phone/tablet, AutoDesk software (Inventor, Vault) and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience is preferred with metal fabrication/machining equipment, welding, assembly and test, Paint and/or fixture and gage design.Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, & crouch in and around tightly configured equipment. Occasionally lift and carry 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 75 pounds.

    Required Education

    Minimum 5 years of similar work experience with an Associates of Engineering Science in technology related field, or a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering technology related field.
