    I. Job Summary

    Supervises and provides direct leadership for technicians. Manages workflow and assigns tasks.

    II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.Performs mechanical duties as needed.Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.Creates and submits reports as necessary.


    III. Qualifications

    High School Diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)4 years of relevant work experience in a fleet maintenance repair (in addition to education requirement).Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

    I. Job Summary
    The Principal Application Security Engineer is responsible for defining and driving the application security strategy across the organization. This role ensures secure design and development practices are embedded within the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps pipelines. The architect will lead efforts to implement security tooling, establish reporting frameworks, and collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and security stakeholders to maintain a robust application security posture.

    II. Duties and Responsibilities
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned. Lead the design and implementation of application security architecture and engineering across enterprise applications, partnering with software development, infrastructure, and platform teams to secure cloud-native and on-prem environments.Embed security controls and best practices into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps workflows, driving adoption of secure coding standards and threat modeling across engineering teams.Evaluate, implement, and operate application security tooling (e.g., SAST, DAST, IAST, container security and related capabilities), ensuring solutions are effective, scalable, and well-integrated.Define, develop, and maintain application security metrics, reporting, and dashboards to provide visibility to leadership and key stakeholders.Engage and collaborate with third-party vendors to assess and validate the security capabilities of applications and services.Provide guidance and mentorship on application security standards, risk management, and compliance requirements to elevate security maturity across teams.Participate in occasional off-hours support as needed to support troubleshooting or emerging threats. Provides day-to-day management for the Information Protection function, responsible for security technologies utilized to protect WM's data and networks. Manages security audit and intrusion detection system logs for system and network anomalies and provides highest level analysis. Responds to unique, highly complicated, suspicious or malicious events detected through collection or reported by Help Desk or users. Provides technically advanced remediation and application event support to IT operations and engineering teams Performs initial computer system forensic investigations and supports fraud investigations. Provides top level analysis, design and support for log collection of firewalls, routers, networks and operating systems. Communicates technical and event assessment results, evaluates engineering and integration initiatives and provides technical expertise to assess security policies, standards and guidelines. Develops, collects and analyzes logs from firewalls, intrusion detection systems, enterprise anti-virus systems and software deployment tools. Reviews and recommends the installation, modification or replacement of hardware or software components Identifies and addresses any configuration change(s) that impact event collection. III. Supervisory Responsibilities
    Will coach and mentor less experienced analysts and act as team leader on more complicated systems projects.

    IV. Qualifications

    A. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.     I. Job Summary

    The Fleet Maintenance Technician position maintains a location/region's 'Specialty Equipped' assets through preventative maintenance and repairs. This position primarily deals with maintenance and repairs of Mobile Shredding and Collection equipment while adhering to safety as well as company regulations and policies. This position is a member of the operations team and has daily interactions with internal employees and external vendors/suppliers. The Fleet Maintenance Technician upholds Shred-its policies, standards, and practices while working with internal employees and external vendors/suppliers and ensures adherence to Shred-it's Vision, Mission and Values. Supplementary, this position will also support Plant Operations in regard to maintenance and repairs of facility shredding equipment when needed. This position is not an Automotive or Diesel Mechanic role. Qualified Candidate will be trained effectively.

    II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Evaluation of shredding components (shredder, valves, pumps, hydraulic lines, electrical panels, etc.) to determine forward progress (repair, retrofit, scrap), including taking photos and sending them to the Regional Fleet Manager for analysis/determinationPerform Shredder 17 week and Annual Preventative Maintenance inspectionsDiagnose / Repair Shredder systems which includes lifts, augers, conveyor belts and unloading devices as well as minor chassis componentsRepair of components on trucks that include hoses, pipes, shredder, pump, motor, hopper lifts, lift gates, etc.Removal and disabling of components from trucks destined for decommissionRemove, clean, evaluate and re-install components as required. Manages several EHS projects/programs as assigned which may include the following, but is not limited to: • Operations review, continual improvement, and Cross Functional Team • Safety Near Miss / Unsafe Condition and/or Peer Observation Program review, tracking, and data analysis • WMU Administration (curriculum, training groups, assignments, trouble-shooting) and related materials distribution and updates • Safety and/or Environmental Recognition Programs • Rules Book Implementation and Updates • Safety or Environmental special focus or training events • Safety or Environmental performance summaries and communications Administers or uses certain databases and software (e.g., AIMS, CYCLE, ACE, Dakota Tracer, Excel, ARI Insights, DISA, CA DMV, SharePoint, InfoPath, etc.) to track people, assets, program conformance, regulatory compliance, and similar. Maintains/updates and helps develop EHS training such as EHS Orientation training, EPA-required training and conducts for WM staff. Provides environmental, and/or safety regulatory summaries and/or guidance to project staff related to typical project operations. Assists in the management of incidents and injuries, including cause analysis, corrective/preventive action implementation. Anticipates typical problems, identifies recurring problems, and takes appropriate action commensurate with experience. Assists management regarding problem resolution, EHS goal setting, and programmatic improvements needed. III. Qualifications A.
