About The Role As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be a key leader in our field operations, overseeing daily waste collection activities and ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to advancementideal for someone eager to grow into senior leadership within 13 years. What You'll Do Lead and assign daily work to solid waste collection crews. Monitor operations and adjust staffing as needed to meet service goals. Conduct field inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance and best practices. Address and resolve customer concerns related to collection services. Coach and develop team members through performance reviews and feedback. Support and implement safety initiatives and compliance programs (OSHA, environmental, local permits). Set and execute short- and long-term operational goals. What You Need To Succeed Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics is required. Class B CDL (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Willingness to relocate for future promotional opportunities. Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems.
