    Membership Growth Coordinator

Part-Time • Seattle Metro (with statewide expansion) • $5,000–$5,500/month total comp

    90-Day Trial | Path to Long-Term Role

Are you a relationship-builder who loves getting out of the office and making connections? Do you have the drive to help grow a professional association from the ground up? WSCA is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Membership Growth Coordinator to help us become the #1 state chiropractic association in the country.

    About WSCA

The Washington State Chiropractic Association (WSCA) is the professional voice of chiropractors across Washington State. We advocate for chiropractic care, support our members with resources and community, and work to grow the profession's influence. Recent focused outreach efforts have already grown membership from ~35% to over 39% of licensed chiropractors in the state — and we're just getting started.

    The Role

This is a boots-on-the-ground outreach position. You'll be the face of WSCA to chiropractic offices across the Seattle Metro area, building relationships with doctors, presenting membership value, and converting interest into active membership. Success in the first 90 days opens the door to an expanded, long-term role with statewide reach.

    Our goals are ambitious:

    • Establish WSCA as the #1 State Chiropractic Association in the U.S. by the 2027 Spring Convention

    • Grow membership to 50%+ of licensed WA chiropractors by the 2027 Fall Convention

    • Reach 75% professional participation within 3 years

    What You'll Do

    Membership Outreach & Growth

    • Conduct in-person visits to chiropractic offices throughout Seattle Metro (Tukwila, Renton, Kent, Burien, SeaTac, South Seattle, and surrounding areas)

    • Build authentic association-to-doctor relationships and present the value of WSCA membership

    • Recruit new members, reactivate lapsed members, and retain current ones

    • Target a minimum of 20 office contacts per day / 100 per week

    Events & Conversion

    • Represent WSCA at conventions and regional events, converting attendees to members

    • Coordinate follow-up after events to maximize conversion rates

    • Track and report event conversion metrics

    CRM & Reporting

    • Manage all outreach activity in Go High Level CRM

    • Submit daily end-of-day reports (offices visited, contacts made, follow-ups, new members)

    • Submit weekly summaries and territory planning updates

    • Maintain an accurate membership pipeline

    A Typical Day

Your schedule is structured for maximum productivity in the field:

8:00–9:00 AM Morning admin: review follow-ups, update CRM, plan your route

9:00 AM–1:00 PM Field outreach: office visits, membership conversations, relationship building

1:00–1:30 PM CRM update: log notes, update contacts, send immediate follow-ups

1:30–3:30 PM Afternoon follow-up: return calls, send membership info, schedule meetings

3:30–4:00 PM End-of-day report: log visits, contacts, mileage, and new memberships initiated

    Compensation & Benefits

    Total estimated monthly compensation: $5,000–$5,500

    Base Salary: $4,000/month

    Mileage Reimbursement: $500–$700/month (federal rate)

Performance Bonus: Details to be shared during interview

    Estimated Total: ~$5,000–$5,500/month

If, after the 90-day trial period, we mutually agree that you will continue in the role, you will be eligible for our other employee benefits. These include, but are not limited to: health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement contribution.

    What We're Looking For

    Required:

    • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills — you genuinely enjoy meeting new people

    • Self-motivated and organized; able to manage a full field schedule independently

    • Comfortable with in-person outreach, cold office visits, and public-facing interaction

    • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software (Go High Level)

    • Reliable personal vehicle for travel throughout the Seattle Metro area (mileage reimbursed at federal rate, currently $0.725/mile)

    Preferred (not required):

    • Familiarity with the chiropractic profession or drugless healthcare industry

    • Experience in membership sales, outside sales, association management, or B2B outreach

    • Prior CRM experience

    Reporting Structure

    • Reports directly to the WSCA Executive Director for day-to-day operations

    • Works under the strategic direction of the WSCA Membership Committee

    • Performance reviews conducted jointly by the Executive Director and Membership Committee

    How to Apply

To apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing your experience with relationship-building or outreach, and why you're excited about growing the chiropractic profession in Washington State.

Applications reviewed on a rolling basis. We look forward to hearing from you.
