We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers while ensuring accurate order processing, inventory knowledge, and issue resolution skills. The ideal candidate will have esperience working with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems, strong analytical and mathmattical skills and the ability to manage customer accounts efficiently. This person must be versatile as they will have responsibility for multiple customers.
Customer Service Duties:
