    Introduction

    We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities at our distribution center. As a pivotal figure in our logistics chain, you will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a safe environment and managing warehouse staff to achieve optimal performance and meet our supply chain objectives.     Job Responsibilities

    - Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe workflow.
    - Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to meet warehouse demands and manage timekeeping for payroll purposes.
    - Enforce safety regulations and ensure that the work environment complies with OSHA and other relevant standards.
    - Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular physical counts to verify stock and identify discrepancies.
    - Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and accurate manner.
    - Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped according to company standards.
    - Train new warehouse staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and the use of equipment.
    - Resolve any issues or complaints that arise related to warehouse operations.
    - Foster a positive work environment and team culture, and address personnel issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Job Requirements

    -Bilingual, English/Spanish
    - Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred
    - Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role within a distribution environment
    - Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), data entry systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
    - Proven experience with inventory management, including stocking, storage, and cycle counting
    - Familiarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance among team members
    - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing warehouse operations and maintaining accurate records
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and management
    - Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary
    - Physical ability to frequently lift and move heavy objects
    - Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle the fast-paced and demanding environment of a warehouse
    - Capability to manage and oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    - Commitment to continuous improvement and the pursuit of operational excellence
