    As a Job Captain at Ware Malcomb, you will support in the delivery of innovative design projects to diverse clients. You will lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams, contribute to all phases of design and provide construction administration support. You will use your technical expertise and knowledge of building codes to produce high-quality construction documents and ensure smooth project execution.     As a Designer III at Ware Malcomb, you will lead the application of advanced design techniques across a range of project scales, taking ownership of key design components from concept through construction.     As a Production Job Captain at Ware Malcomb, you will support the Production Manager or Studio Manager in the successful delivery of large and complex projects, contributing both technically and through team coordination.     As a Job Captain at Ware Malcomb, you will support in the delivery of innovative design projects to diverse clients. You will lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams, contribute to all phases of design and provide construction administration support. You will use your technical expertise and knowledge of building codes to produce high-quality construction documents and ensure smooth project execution.
