Experience is a plus, but a great attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are even more important. What You'll Do
Assist with the construction and installation of patio covers, pergolas, gazebos, and other outdoor structures.Safely use hand and power tools to measure, cut, drill, and assemble materials.Help prepare job sites, load and unload materials, and keep work areas clean and organized.Follow the project lead's direction while working with the team to complete quality installations.Travel to various job sites throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, and surrounding areas.What We're Looking For

We need someone who shows up every day, on time, ready to work.A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.Ability to take direction, work well with others, and take pride in quality workmanship.Construction experience is preferred but not required for someone eager to learn.Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work outdoors.Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required.Must be willing to travel to different job sites throughout Southern California, with locations changing every few days.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Pay
Starting at $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience.
