Responsibilities:Shift Length: 12-48 hour shift length maximumPatient Volume: 4000 patients/year; 8-10 Inpatients/dayElectronic Medical Records (EMR): Evident/CPSITrauma Level: IV
Qualifications/RequirementsLicense: MIDEA: RequiredBoard Certification: EM, IM, FPLife Supports: ACLS, BLS, PALS. Certs do not have to be specific to AHA.Covid/Flu Vaccination: Flu vaccine or declination required, covid not required, hepB required, MMR titer (shot not required) required, Tdap required, TB preferred
Schedule and Duration:2 FT providers cover 7 days on/7 days offWeekdays 7a-7p: Provider rounds on patients and then manes Urgent Care starting at 12-12:30p and will support ER, if needed, but rare. Clinic covers UC until Hospitalist available following rounding.Hospitalist rounds on inpatients on Saturday and Sunday (3-4 hours) followed by 2-3 hours in Urgent CareER covers Inpatient coverage on night shift
