Qualifications/RequirementsLicense: South DakotaDEA/CSR: DEA & CSR RequiredBoard Certification: FM, IM, EM with hospitalist experienceLife Supports: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRPCovid/Flu Vaccination: Required but exemptions available
