Job Summary
The RPA Operations Specialist / Developer modifies existing software and applications—often complex in nature—or builds new programs to support organizational and user needs. This role involves designing, testing, debugging, documenting, and implementing solutions, as well as partnering with users to identify requirements and provide technical support. The specialist will also help resolve production issues, lead or participate in system automation projects, and provide guidance or training to team members.
The selected candidate will design, develop, test, integrate, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism and related technologies.

Bachelor’s degree4+ years of experience developing Blue Prism RPA solutions in a corporate environmentPreferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications2+ years of experience developing JavaScript web applications2+ years of experience developing .NET applications (web or desktop)2+ years of experience developing VBA (Microsoft Office macros)2+ years of experience developing mainframe scripting applications (e.g., Passport, Attachmate)2+ years of experience developing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and/or Ruby CucumberStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverablesDemonstrated ability to learn new technologies and toolsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to balance both development and support responsibilitiesExperience collaborating with business stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
