In this highly visible role, you will serve as a technical resource and project leader, partnering with Sales, R&D, Customer Service, and Manufacturing teams to develop customized solutions that exceed customer expectations while supporting company profitability.

Job Summary:
WAC Lighting is looking for a Call Center Representative to add to our sales support team in our Port Washington, NY Global Headquarters. In this role, you will be an integral part of supporting our clients through customer service, and technical support.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to hit monthly goals such as call, live chat and working rate targetsAbility to work as a team player to hit team goals such as drop call targetsAbility to take self-guided product trainings in a timely and efficient matter
Requirements:
