    Location: 1685 S Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ 85338 Job Summary Statement: The Warehouse Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Implements and maintains inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies. Conducts regular inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile inventory levels; Maintains high level inventory accuracy Optimizes inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock. Supervises the receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and products. Develops and implements efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize space utilization and productivity. Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Coordinates with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Manages inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling and routing. Optimizes transportation routes and shipping methods to minimize costs and lead times. Leads and motivates a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Drives productivity and efficiency improvements by implementing best practices and process enhancements. Ensures warehouse operation meets material storage standards and transportation standards and regulations. Conducts raw materials, finished goods inventory count in compliance with company control and audit standards. Fosters a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the warehouse operations. Implements best practices and technological solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations best practices. This position will lead all HR functions for the site, ensuring alignment with corporate policies while building a strong, engaged workforce from the ground up. The Human Resources Manager will partner closely with site leadership and the corporate Human Resources Director to drive a high-performance, compliant, and employee-focused culture. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Supports the Human Resources setup for the new Goodyear site, including workforce planning, policy implementation, recruiting support, and onboarding of the initial workforce. Serves as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and a positive employee experience. Partners with recruiting teams and directly works to attract, hire, and retain qualified employees across production, maintenance, and support functions.
