Key Responsibilities
Perform fine-pitch hand soldering using a soldering iron and magnification equipment.Solder individual wires into small holes on cable connectors, sockets, splices, and similar components.Read and follow drawings, work instructions, bills of material, and sample assemblies.Inspect completed connections for proper solder flow, placement, quality, and defects.Use basic hand tools, soldering equipment, and measuring or inspection tools.Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and PPE requirements.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Requirements
