Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouseEnsure orders are shipped in a timely manner and customers are satisfiedHire, train, and manage warehouse employeesCreate work schedulesManage stock from receiving to shippingAdhere to all local, state, and federal laws and safety regulationsEducate employees on safety guidelines and reduce on-the-job accidents and injuriesCommunicate with vendors, clients, employees, and company leadership to ensure all areas of the company are working together cohesivelyQualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree preferredPrevious experience in warehouse or logistics is preferredExcellent leadership skillsFamiliarity with state and federal safety regulationsStrong interpersonal skills
