Assembly, disassembly, inspection, repair, operation, rig up, and general testing of flow back and related equipment.Ability to read and adjust valves, gauges, pressures in line with specifications according to safety standards required.Ability to troubleshoot equipment operations within specific guidelines and standard operating procedures required.Ensures accurate and timely completion of field service tickets, JSA’s and other paperwork as required.General shop and equipment clean-up and maintenance.Responsible for safety of self and others including reporting of all work-related injuries, near misses, equipment damage and unsafe acts as soon as practical to manager/supervisor.May be requested to work outside of normal work schedule to meet customer needs.Performs other duties as assigned.Job Requirements

Job Summary
This position is responsible for operating winch trucks and other assigned equipment to transport materials and equipment to and from various locations. Employees in this role are expected to perform their duties safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all company policies and regulations. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a strong commitment to operational excellence and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
· Equipment Operation: Operate winch trucks and other vehicles as assigned to transport materials and equipment, ensuring all loads are secured per regulations.
· Driving Requirements: Drive commercial vehicles over varied terrain, including highways, rural roads, and off-road conditions. Road conditions may include mud, snow, steep grades, and other challenging environments.
· Travel: While most assignments are local, this role occasionally requires travel out of state to support yard-to-yard operations or meet customer needs outside the immediate area.
· Compliance: Maintain compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including completing all necessary paperwork such as pre- and post-trip inspections, work tickets, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and electronic logs.
· Safety Practices: Consistently use and maintain proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Identify and report unsafe conditions, halting work when necessary to ensure safety.
· Equipment Operation, Rig-Up, and Rig-Down Duties: Perform occasional equipment operation, rig-up, and rig-down activities as needed to support operational requirements.
· Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment during and after use to ensure operational readiness.
· Adaptability: Be available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
· Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Field Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications
· License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a minimum of 1 year of winch truck driving experience.
· Physical Requirements:
· - Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain a current medical card.
· - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and endure extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, or kneeling.
· Background Screening: Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, background check, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) assessment.
· Language Skills: Proficiency in English for reading, verbal communication, and understanding job-related documents and instructions.
Typical Working Conditions
· Work is conducted in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
· Exposure to potential hazards, such as loud noises, airborne toxins, solvents, flammable substances, and industrial chemicals.
· Interaction with heavy tools and moving equipment in the field.

Understands and performs DOT minimum maintenance requirements of CMV
Understands and uses appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times
Cleans and maintains equipment during and after use
Stops work due to unsafe conditions or situations
May be requested to work outside of normal work schedule to meet customer needs
Performs other duties as assigned
