Responsibilities
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients on-site.
Develop personalized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
Achieve and exceed set performance targets and goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Track and report patient progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Utilize pipelines to identify and maximize potential success opportunities.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment with high visibility of work activity.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and practices.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Contribute to a growth-oriented and performance-driven company culture.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license.
Minimum of 2 years experience in physical therapy, preferably in a travel setting.
Proven ability to develop personalized treatment plans.
Demonstrated success in achieving performance targets and goals.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and high visibility work.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with therapy techniques.
Experience with pipeline management to maximize success opportunities.
Capability to educate and support patients and families effectively.
