    The Production Support Specialist will facilitate efficient production operations as part of the Stretch Shapes Quality Assurance (QA) and packaging programs as well as package finished goods, and support production and warehousing needs. We are looking for a very detail-oriented, organized individual to fill this role. The work is tedious and repetitive but a key part of our operations. The successful candidate will be able to perform detailed work, sometimes under tight deadlines, and take pride in doing things right the first time to support the team in providing quality client services.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Facilitate efficient production operations by participating in Quality Assurance (QA) , and support production and warehousing needsFollows all QA Procedures outlined in the Stretch Shapes Quality Control (QC) Guidebook for consistent throughputPackages finished goodsMaintains records of QC logs, test results, defects identified, and other key metrics related to quality controlCeases production when serious product defects or risks ariseMaintains a neat workstationSupports the shipping department with packagingHelp with suggestions on how we can work to continuously improve operationsAdhere to and follow all safety guidelinesParticipates in meetings as directed by managementPerforms other related duties as assigned

    Job Summary

    The Inventory Clerk is responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and executing the timely confirmation and accuracy of inbound inventories, transfer orders, job orders, shipping records and book adjustment transactions to ensure accurate inventory management records.

    What You’ll Do…

    Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company processes and procedures. Ensure product is shipped to the correct location, per the shipping instructions provided using the various freight company softwareProvide the Invoicing Clerk with the correct information to invoice the customerSupport ongoing quality improvement processes to ensure all deliverables are produced defect free and aligned with technical specificationsFollow standard operational procedures and work practices and policies to ensure consistency of outputPerform Live Cycle counts as directed by Finance, Director of Manufacturing and Production manager. CSR Manager must be notified 48 hours prior to a live Cycle count being performed and the duration for the cycle count.Generate and monitor inventory reports and unissued materials reports.Other duties as assigned
