Receptionist Summary Answer phones, greeting guests and providing clerical support to programs Position Type Non-Exempt/Full- Time 7:30am to 4:00pm Essential Functions Opening the building daily according to building procedures Answer the phones and greet, assist, and monitor visitors Route mail and faxes walk; sit, use hands, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/ or move up to SO pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee can sometimes be exposed to weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Required Education and Experience: High school diploma required. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and basic computer skills.
