Lead and mentor installation crews while working hands-on in the field
Coordinate daily job site activities and adjust work assignments based on project priorities and timelines
Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and work orders for field teams
Track labor hours, materials, and project progress accurately
Ensure all installations meet company quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and related plumbing systems
