Position Summary
The Maintenance & Warehouse Technician is responsible for a variety of tasks related to building maintenance, facility upkeep, and warehouse operations. The role involves a mix of recurring responsibilities and flexible daily scheduling to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance
Perform facility upkeep and repairs including painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing work, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.Conduct routine inspections of company facilities.Maintain and organize supplies, ensuring they are stocked and in working order.Maintain company tools and equipment, including forklifts, pallet wrappers, and other warehouse equipment.Perform snow removal and grounds maintenance as needed.Run general errands and pick up supplies.Maintain positive working relationships with company vendors, contractors, and tenants.Assist on various construction projects as assigned.Warehouse Operations
Assist with product-related projects, quality control work, and warehouse organization.Unload trucks and organize pallets and other items as needed.Operate warehouse equipment safely, including cardboard baler, styrofoam compactor, and pallet jacks.Maintain a clean working environment through sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general housekeeping.VIVO Values & Standards of Behavior

Education
High school diploma required.
Experience
Previous maintenance experience and/or warehouse operations preferred.
License / Certification
Valid driver’s license required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Familiarity with Gmail and Google Drive applications preferred.Ability to work independently and adjust priorities based on business needs.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.Working Conditions
Physical Requirements
Standing for sustained periods of up to 8 hours per day.Walking, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions.Visual acuity to perform accurate measurements and repairs.Climbing ladders and driving as needed.Lifting Requirements

Experience- 3-5 years of relevant experience required. The ideal candidate must have extensive development experience with Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js, and other API technologies. In addition, they should know the installation, configuration, platform operations, and troubleshooting of API products.
