    The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts across the assigned territory. The Senior Account Executive will focus on growing top-line revenue and margin across all therapies, with a particular emphasis on Neurology, Immunology, Gastroenterology, and Rheumatology. This role requires a strategic, relationship-driven professional who can represent Vital Care of Hopkinton as the face of the organization in the market.

    Responsibilities

    Research, develop, and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory.Present partnership opportunities to health system leaders, decision-makers, and referral sources to drive new business growth.Quantify the value of partnership and communicate financial/economic benefits to stakeholders.Prioritize accounts based on potential, current referrals, profitability, service needs, and likelihood of success.Create and update short- and long-term account plans; track progress toward objectives.Use marketing materials and tools to convey consistent messaging across the organization.Manage a sales process that delivers measurable results and customer commitment.Own the lead role in forming and maintaining customer relationships.Serve as the public face of Vital Care of Hopkinton in the market.Communicate the capabilities and benefits of VCH consistently to customers and prospects.Network strategically to gain access to high-potential and challenging accounts.Experience

    Bachelor’s degree required.Minimum of 1 year of healthcare sales experience.Experience in post-acute care sales is a plus, but not required.Proven success in B2B sales, particularly within healthcare or related sectors, demonstrating consistent achievement of targetsExperience in business development and account management within a regional or territory-based roleFamiliarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand awarenessExcellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence leadership at all levelsDemonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate teams and drive regional initiatives forwardAnalytical mindset capable of interpreting sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-makingPay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

    Job description:
    Vital Care of Manchester is a leading provider in Home Infusion therapy. We are looking for a Full Time Staff Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers. As a core member of the Pharmacy team, you will be expected to perform pharmaceutical care activities for customers and patients within the service area. The Pharmacist will report to the Pharmacy Manager and work in our Manchester, NH pharmacy.

    Hours: 8:00-6:00 Monday-Thursday, On-call rotation

    As a Pharmacist, you will...
    Evaluate and monitor drug therapy relative to the total needs of the home care patient in collaboration with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.Adhere to organization policies and procedures and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations governing pharmacy practice.Adhere to all appropriate standards of accreditation and participate in quality assurance activities.Coordinate and facilitate new referrals and admissions through collaboration with nurses, customer service and distribution.Review, receive and verify all new patient orders and document on the respective order form.Assist the physician and other involved healthcare professionals with:Planning and implementing patient care in the home;Setting therapeutic objectives for drug therapy;Establishing parameters for monitoring the safety and efficacy of drug therapy; andPreparing regular progress reports.Conduct and document initial and ongoing assessment of specific patient, drug and disease information to identify real and potential drug-related problems or needs.Monitor the outcomes of drug therapy by collecting, evaluating and interpreting the results of laboratory data, clinical data and other pertinent patient information.Provide consultation and answer inquiries from patients, families, physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding drugs and their use.Maintain thorough and appropriate documentation in the customer/patient record of all clinical activities and communication with patients, physicians and other healthcare professionals.Process and check all medications, supplies and equipment prior to dispensing from the pharmacy.Maintain clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacotherapy by reviewing literature and attending in-services, seminars and conferences.
    Qualifications:
    Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy preferredActive Registered Pharmacist License in state of New HampshireClinical pharmacy experience or Home Infusion/specialty pharmacy experience preferredProven record of evaluating and monitoring drug therapies for home care patientsGood organizational and time-management skillsParticipation and membership in professional societies and organizations is desirableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexible schedule with the ability to work as need
