    What You'll Do


    As a Home Care Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care in patients' homes, including:


    Evaluating patients’ speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilitiesDeveloping and implementing personalized treatment plansProviding therapy for communication disorders and dysphagia managementConducting cognitive and functional communication trainingEducating patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and safetyCollaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teamsCompleting accurate, timely electronic documentation

    Your Role as an SLPA


    As a Home Care SLPA, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality, individualized therapy services in patients’ homes.

    What You'll Do


    As a Home Care COTA, you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide individualized occupational therapy services in patients' homes.


    Responsibilities include:


    Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of a Registered Occupational TherapistMonitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational TherapistEducate patients and caregivers to promote independence with daily living activitiesAssist with implementing individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
