    Home Health Aide (HHA) / Direct Care Worker

    Do you have a heart for helping others live safely and independently in their own homes? As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Direct Care Worker, you'll provide compassionate personal care and support to individuals who rely on you daily.

    Whether you're certified or have relevant skills, this opportunity allows you to grow while making a real impact. We're seeking dedicated, friendly caregivers ready to deliver top-quality, in-home assistance in accordance with each client's personalized care plan.

    What You'll Do:

    Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

    Assisting with personal care: bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, nail care, shavingMobility support: ambulation, transferring, positioning clients in bed, using assistive devicesSupporting physical therapy plans, passive and active exercises under supervisionMonitoring and communicating changes in physical or emotional healthPerforming light housekeeping: laundry, tidying bedrooms, kitchens, and bathroomsPreparing meals (including special diets), shopping for groceries, and household suppliesMaintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environmentUsing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when appropriateDocumenting care and submitting timely reports via telephony system

    Who We're Looking For: Required Qualifications:

    At least 18 years of ageCompletion of a formal certification program or ability to pass a skills/competency testAbility to read, write, and follow a written Plan of CareGood verbal, written, and interpersonal communicationNeat appearance and good personal hygieneDependability, reliability, and sound judgmentFriendly, patient, and respectful with a sincere interest in caring for othersAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasksMaintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Valid driver's license, insured vehicle in good repair, and clean driving recordAbility to travel independently to clients' homes (unless exempt)Must be able to work at least two weekends per month as scheduled
