POSITION SUMMARY:
The Architect/Designer II – Job Captain plays a vital role in guiding projects from concept through construction. This position is responsible for producing high-quality design and technical documentation while collaborating closely with studio leaders, consultants, and clients. The Job Captain works independently on multiple project phases and is instrumental in maintaining design integrity, documentation quality, and alignment with firm standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead the design and documentation process across all project phases: Programming, Master Planning, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents
· Produce accurate, detailed, and coordinated drawings using advanced digital tools
· Provide mentorship to junior staff and support consistency in drawing standards and design quality
· Uphold firm-wide documentation and quality standards through:
o Internal QA/QC reviews
o Maintenance of drawing templates and documentation protocols
· Support the Construction Administration phase by:
o Responding to RFIs and submittals
o Issuing ASIs
o Conducting site visits and field observations
o Collaborating with the Construction Manager to ensure design intent is maintained

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Visual Brand Graphics Designer to help shape and elevate the visual identity of Enviropop and the Visioneering family of companies. The Visual Brand Graphics Designer will support both internal Visioneering initiatives and external Enviropop clients. POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Studio Director / Principal, works as a member of the design team, is responsible for the development of design solutions, researches and selects colors/finishes/materials, performs site surveys, maintains resource materials. Incumbent will possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the Interior Design arena.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
This position works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate project communication, maintain project controls, manage documentation, and support project administration.
The Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager is expected to develop a strong understanding of commercial construction, design build delivery, project financial management, scheduling, and field operations while serving as a key contributor to project success.
This position serves as a primary development path toward a Construction Project Manager role within Visioneering Studios Construction.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Architect is responsible for leading architectural projects through all phases, from concept through construction administration. This role balances technical leadership, team coordination, and client engagement. The Project Architect works closely with the, Studio Director, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects meet Visioneering Studios Architecture standards for design quality, technical rigor, budget, and schedule.
This position requires strong professional judgment, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining design intent and documentation excellence.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Leadership and Delivery
· Lead architectural projects through all phases including Programming, Master Planning, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
· Execute projects in alignment with VSA standards, processes, and QA QC requirements.
· Coordinate architectural deliverables with consultants including structural, civil, MEP, lighting, acoustical, and specialty disciplines.
· Work closely with the Studio Director to ensure alignment with project vision, scope, budget, and schedule.
· Manage project documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and constructability.
· Support design-build coordination with Visioneering Studios Construction on integrated delivery projects.
· Ensure proper review of work at each phase with the Studio Director and Managing Principal.
· Client and Partner Engagement
· Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client coordination.
· Support client meetings, presentations, and milestone reviews.
· Participate in entitlement processes, jurisdictional reviews, and agency coordination.
· Collaborate with Job Captains, Designers, and other Visioneers across studios.
· Maintain strong working relationships with partners, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
· Actively participate in cultivating VSA culture and shared standards.
· Support construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, ASIs, and field observations.
· Collaborate with construction teams to protect design intent and resolve issues efficiently.
· Maintain organized project records including correspondence, meeting notes, and decisions.
