    CyberSource is looking for a bright, passionate and dedicated employee to join our Site Reliability Engineering team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Value Added Services (VAS) products with Visa for our merchants, solving complex problems, and being involved with continuous application improvements and application deployment initiatives. You will also be an escalation point for our 1st level support team. Candidate must have 5+ years of experience of application support experience with troubleshooting, and configuration. Must have a strong commitment to execution, follow through and timely communication. Essential Functions:

    •Experience in scoping, developing and implementing comprehensive lifecycle & DR projects.
    •In depth experience in independently managing all types of Lifecycle and Direct Response projects, across creative formats such as including, mail, email, web, video and social.
    •A proficient user of Project Management software Adobe Workfront or a similar tool.
    •Familiarity with licensing, rights management, and other business affairs generalities
    •Experience working with quick-turn content and longer format campaign rollouts
    •Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs and technologies
