  Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAre you looking for a hands-on role in the wine industry with a growing distribution company? We are seeking a reliable Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Houston, TX. This position is crucial in ensuring our products are handled with care and delivered safely and efficiently to our customers.
  
  Responsibilities:Learn and manage inventory, including picking, checking, counting, and receiving shipments.Drive assigned routes safely and in a timely manner, ensuring accurate deliveries.Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.Maintain compliance with company policies, including safety and vehicle maintenance.Requirements:Must be at least 21 years old (required).Prior warehouse and driving experience preferred.Must pass a drug test and have a fairly clean driving record.Comfortable with long shifts (up to 16 hours as needed).Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Compensation & Benefits:$18 - $22 per hour (based on experience).Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and dynamic company.If you are dependable, hardworking, and eager to be part of a team that values quality and service, we want to hear from you!

  Job Type: Part-time
  Hours per week: 30 hours guaranteed, with flexibility for additional hours
  Schedule:Primary shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PMInitial training period will include frequent shifts between 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM to learn receiving, routing, and warehouse processesAfter training, early-morning hours will be as needed to support business demands30 hours per week guaranteed, with flexibility for additional hours
  Position Summary
  We are seeking a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support our Houston distribution operation. This role is primarily warehouse-based with local driving approximately one day per week and occasional out-of-town based on business needs.ResponsibilitiesPull, stage, and check orders accuratelyReceive and verify incoming shipmentsMaintain warehouse organization and cleanlinessAssist with local deliveries; occasional out-of-town trips as neededPerform basic vehicle safety checks before drivingCommunicate with warehouse, operations, and sales teamsRequirementsMust be 21 years or olderPrior warehouse experience strongly preferredDriving experience a plusAbility to consistently lift 30–50 lbsMust pass a drug testClean driving record requiredComfortable working independentlyWillingness to work occasional early mornings (4 AM–8 AM)
  Pay:$16.00 per hour to start90-day introductory period with performance review30 hours per week guaranteed, with flexibility for additional hoursPay progression to $18–$20 per hour as role reaches full scope
