Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, liaising with clients to ensure excellent service, supervising field teams, as well as executing some smaller builds and troubleshooting project challenges.The role demands strong organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain productivity and client satisfaction.Knowledge of LED and Projection as well as playback systems and some Audio is required.Knowledge of Adobe suite is a plus.Managed pre-production, execution, and post-production of live events, ranging from small-scale shows to large-scale trade shows.Fostered invaluable client relationships focused on a frictionless and trusted client facing experienceCollaborated closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provided novel creative solutions and insights, resulting in tailored event experiences that consistently exceeded expectationsExpertise with Brompton and Novastar LED processors and softwareLed a diverse, cross-functional team of 15+ technical professionals with expertise in audio, video, LED walls, lighting, camera, digital experiences, hybrid experiences, design, and other areas
