Active Certified Residential or Licensed Residential Appraiser credential in NY and/or NJStrong knowledge of local marketsReliable, professional, and detail-orientedAbility to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality report standardsFHA approval a plus (but not required)Responsibilities
Complete residential real estate appraisal assignments within your designated coverage areaConduct property inspections, market analysis, and prepare USPAP-compliant appraisal reportsMaintain clear communication and timely delivery of all assignmentsWhat We Offer
