    We're looking for a dynamic Associate HR Manager to support key Human Resources initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and employee relations. This role will also manage critical administrative and operational HR processes such as hybrid scheduling, global exchange program support, and internal HR communications.     WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

    Coordinate and support full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and offer process support.Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely recruiting process.Maintain candidate tracking and recruiting documentation to ensure compliance and consistency.Support recruiting initiatives that strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.

    Onboarding & New Hire Experience

    Build and maintain onboarding plans for new hires, ensuring a consistent and positive onboarding experience.Schedule onboarding meetings and coordinate cross-functional introductions.Prepare new hire materials and onboarding resources.Act as a key point of contact for new hires throughout their preboarding and onboarding period.

    HR Communications

    Author, post, and maintain HR news and announcements on intranetPartner with HR leadership to align messaging with organizational priorities.Support communication and rollout of updated policies to employees as needed.Draft, edit, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee-facing documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance. Ensure timely communication of HR updates, policy reminders, and employee-focused initiatives.

    Hybrid Work Scheduling & Calendar Management

    Maintain and manage the Hybrid Work calendar, ensuring accurate tracking of in-office schedules.Support hybrid scheduling communication and coordination across teams.Provide reporting or insights to HR leadership as needed.

    Compliance & HR Administration

    Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations, ensuring HR processes align with legal and internal standards.Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation management.Maintain employee records and HR files accurately and confidentially.

    Learning & Development

    Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition

    Employee Relations Support

    Office & Facility Management

    The Quality Systems Administrator works cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Supply Chain, and Leadership to ensure processes are clearly defined, consistently followed, and continuously improved. This position plays a key role in maintaining certification status while strengthening operational discipline and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

    Integrated Management System (IMS) Administration

    Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System covering ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001. Support root cause analysis activities using structured problem-solving methods (5 Why, Fishbone, A3, etc.). Maintain risk and opportunity registers aligned with ISO requirements. Monitor trends in nonconformances, corrective actions, safety incidents, and environmental events.

    2. Operate trimmer as assigned to trim excess material (flash) from polyurethane and polyurethane/rubber products. Position sole to cutter, coordinating a high degree of concentration and manual dexterity. Rotate item to remove all excess material. Deposit finished items in appropriate totes and move to designated area.

    3. Relieve polyurethane molding machine operators on routine operations as required, count and enter seconds into hand held scanner, assist service person as required.

    4. Record data as instructed.

    5. Detect and report unsafe conditions, other problems to Team Leader. Obey all safety rules, practices and procedures. Wear and employ all safety equipment and devices. Maintain equipment and work area in a neat and orderly manner.

    6. Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement of the job.

    Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or directed.

    We are seeking a Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician to support electrical maintenance and reliability within an industrial manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, production equipment, and facility infrastructure in compliance with Massachusetts Electrical Code (527 CMR 12.00 / NEC) and company safety standards.

    Requirements:
