The New Technology Construction Manager is responsible for integrating and managing construction technologies across projects to improve efficiency, accuracy, documentation of installation guidelines and developing standards for installation practices. They will also review deliverables to prepare weekly and monthly work-plans for the project teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop project documents, processes, and standard operating procedures required to support quality control and final project deliverables
- Perform installations following standard operating procedures as outlined by the New Technology Deployment Manager
- Manage and train teams to adhere to the standard operating procedure
- Participate in weekly job meetings; prepares and submits summary of project progress and pending issues to the New Technology Deployment Manager
- Develop an inspection report and quality control processes to meet deadlines
- Document and execute any changes in scope of project as directed by the New Technology Deployment Manager
- Keep Project Manager informed of the day-to-day activities of the project
- Conduct audits of the construction sites, document issues and trouble shoot to fix issues.
Qualifications
- Degree in construction-related field preferred, or equivalent construction-related work experience, as well as 5 or more years of experience in field construction is required
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Quick Base a plus
- Strong time management, organization and verbal and written communication
- Must have a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
- Ability to pass all pre-employment tests/checks, including MVR, criminal and substance screening
The anticipated pay for this position will be between $85K and $95K. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and industry experience.
