As integral members of the VIA Appliance team, you are responsible for all aspects of handling parts and supplies and using the most efficient method to provide excellent service to all customers. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
Process, stocks and posts incoming part orders and returnsRecording information carefully and identifying needed parts using most efficient methodAssist with inventory stocking and department maintenance as necessaryKeeps parts area clean, uncluttered and organizedUsing technologies like scanners and laptops to pick parts and place in technicians bins for shipmentDocumenting and keeping records of parts status/interactions/email information in our system according to standard operating proceduresRespond to emails from parts distributors and other team members in a professional and timely mannerAssist our technicians with logistics and provide support to ensure their successUphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibilityFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesMaintain a clean, safe and organized workspaceAbility to lift heavy packagesQualifications
