    Requirements:

    Minimum 18 months business-to-business sales experience specifically focused on new account generationDemonstrated success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territoryMinimum High School Diploma/GED, bachelor's degree preferredAt least 21 years of ageValid driver's licenseSubject to Criminal background check

    Responsibilities:

    Consistently and effectively reach out to new prospects using a variety of outreach methods including, but not limited to, telephone, email, door-knocking, networking, social media.Identify, and establish contact, with prospective clients to set appointmentsConduct initial sales callBuild and maintain ongoing relationships with decision-makersEnter all information in our CRM and activity tracking sheetsNurture prospects into clientsCollaborate with our Route Sales Representatives and other team mates to ensure our customers and prospects receive the appropriate attention for their specific needs

    Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility. Responsible for the safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise into and/or out of the laundry facility.

    Essential duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Stages cart in lift table, secures safety chain, and raises the table; Folds linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender/seat covers; Identifies and segregates merchandise not meeting specified quality standards in terms of rips, tears, holes, and stains; Accurately verifies merchandise quantity and bundles by type. Places bundles in correct storage bins, carts, or on shelves; Maneuvers full and empty baskets; Maintains safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities; Other duties as assigned.

    Ability to understand all required training, written, and verbal instructions; Working knowledge of basic math skills; Good verbal and/or written communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to meet attendance schedule. Work is performed in a warehouse setting and regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, extreme heat and cold conditions as well as dust and noise. Work is based on a shift schedule, and may include weekends. Overtime required as needed. Position involves repetitive motions over the duration of an entire shift; Requires bending, reaching, pulling, twisting, and lifting; Requires the use of hands for grasping and other manipulations; Requires standing and walking for long periods of time.

    High school degree or equivalent preferred.

Job Overview The Strategic Cleanroom Accounts Receivable Specialists are responsible for the analysis and collection of assigned accounts receivable portfolios for Vestis customers, as well as ensuring that assigned customer accounts are reconciled and accurate to facilitate timely collections inside established payment terms in a call center environment. Responsibilities/Essential Functions Communicates via phone conversations, email, fax and letters with customers concerning status of invoice payments. Follows up on collection calls with customers (external and internal). Works with customers and field operations in a proactive manner to resolve discrepancies. Resolves all overdue account balances. Performs day-to-day activities that ensure effective account management of assigned collection accounts. Reviews open A/R for all assigned accounts and prioritize collection activities to maximize cash collections. Interfaces with Sales, Operations and Finance departments to resolve billing, collection and credit issues. Establishes strong working relationships with field team to support collections efforts. Monitors changes in customer financial status and payment patterns. Audits and maintains customer accounts to make sure terms are accurate and customer profiles have current information. Reviews assigned accounts to maintain accuracy. Reviews account status using current and historical invoicing and payment activity analysis. Communicates to cash operations specialist regarding cash applications to research and reconcile misapplied or payment issues. Manages accounts receivable for large Strategic/Cleanroom customers that impact multiple Market Centers through phone and email correspondence. Develops relationships with National Account Managers and Key Account Managers - as well as Market Center personnel. Works in conjunction with Billing Department to resolve discrepancies and customer disputes related to customized invoices. Manage accounts with "Purchase Order" to ensure funding, payment and timely updating. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities High level of organizational skills, integrity and accuracy. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal skills working with internal and external customers. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
