  Job DescriptionJob Description

  As a leader in the financial services software industry, Vertifi Software develops innovative solutions that enable faster, more secure transactions between financial institutions. We’re expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced payments professional with in-depth knowledge of various payment rails, including ACH, wire, real-time payments, and card networks.
  
  Key Responsibilities

  Manage service user onboarding, training and support of Vertifi’s payments platformProvide subject matter expertise on payment systems, risk mitigation, and best operational practicesDevelop and maintain training and supplemental support documentation for payments platformInvestigate and resolve payment-related issues and inquiries promptlyEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g. Nacha, FedNow, RTP Network, Fedwire, PCI DSS), providing timely and detailed instructions to developers when updates are requiredAnalyze feedback and collaborate with various teams on the development of new featuresContribute to the development of future strategic payment initiativesMaintain a high professional standard for interacting with clients, partners, and colleagues

  Position Skills/Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree in Business5+ years of experience in payments and transaction processing for financial services industryAccredited ACH Professional (AAP) Certification (preferred)In-depth knowledge of all major payment rails (ACH, wire, FedNow, RTP Network, and card networks) and financial technologies such as digital payments platformsStrong understanding of compliance, risk and fraud prevention in paymentsExcellent analytical, organizational, communication and project management skillsFamiliarity with web-based “webinar” tools and Microsoft Teams and a working knowledge of MS Office Suite including PowerPoint
