Family Support Specialist Organ Donation Youll be the steady, compassionate presence for families during one of the most meaningful decisions they may ever make. Youll help honor donor wishes, support grieving loved ones, and collaborate with hospital teams to save lives. What You Will Do: Support grieving families with compassion throughout the organ donation process Lead donation conversations and obtain legal authorization from next of kin Partner with hospital teams to create a unified plan for family care Honor cultural travel required Compensation The target salary is based on internal averages. Versiti sets salary ranges aligned to local markets in which the job is performed. Compensation decisions take into account internal salary averages and differentiation based on education, experience, skills, and performance. Supports family needs throughout the entire donor process from referral, family discussion, donor management, operating room, and family follow-up.
