ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a well-rounded Building Maintenance Technician to keep commercial facilities running safely and professionally across multiple corporate and regional locations. This is a generalist role — you'll work across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry in a polished, corporate environment, with a company vehicle, tools, and uniform provided from day one. Strong performers have a clear path to grow into a leadership role within the facilities department.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial facility equipment, mechanical systems, and structures, including plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, and carpet replacement.
• Conduct routine HVAC system maintenance and respond promptly to building emergencies such as power failures or plumbing leaks.
• Handle general repairs including commercial plumbing (toilets, sinks), basic electrical work (lighting and ballast replacement), and light carpentry.
• Coordinate and execute event set-ups for conferences and meetings.
• Perform exterior tasks including painting, signage installation, and concrete, asphalt, and roof systems maintenance.
• Travel between corporate offices and regional sites in the Burlington, NJ / Philadelphia area using a provided company fleet vehicle.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 1+ year of experience in a corporate, commercial, or professional facility environment.
• Generalist trade breadth across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry — this role is not suited for single-trade candidates.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and stay self-managed.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM range (typically 8:00 AM–4:00 PM); minimal overtime; rarely working weekends.

We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our partner in Montgomery, AL. You will own full-cycle bookkeeping and serve as a key financial and operational support. This is a temporary engagement with a path to permanent as you work with the team through an internal transition.

We're looking for an experienced Civil Superintendent to lead field operations on complex urban civil construction projects, with a focus on excavation, shoring, and deep foundation systems. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee daily site activities, coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors, and ensure work is executed safely and in full compliance with project specifications. This is a senior position for a professional with deep expertise in geotechnical and foundation construction in a dense urban environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Oversee daily field operations for excavation, shoring, drilling, and soil removal, including installation of secant pile walls, soldier piles, lagging, walers, rakers, struts, and caisson foundations
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans; coordinate design reviews for excavation support systems (secant piles, caissons, walers, struts, and tiebacks)
• Prepare and review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies related to ground conditions, sequencing, and site logistics
• Monitor and coordinate heavy equipment operations and manage subcontractor performance and procurement
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to soil handling and groundwater
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, engineers, inspectors, and regulatory agencies; lead coordination meetings and deliver regular progress reports
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management with demonstrated hands-on expertise in excavation, earth support systems (SOE — Support of Excavation), and deep foundation systems (secant piles, caissons, soldier pile and lagging)
• Proven field experience with secant pile walls, soldier piles, lagging, walers, rakers, struts, and steel bracing systems
• Strong understanding of geotechnical principles, soil classifications, and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, structural reports, and geotechnical reports
• Proficiency with construction scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project) and experience with cost control, budgeting, and change order management
• Strong safety focus: solid working knowledge of OSHA protocols, toolbox talk facilitation, and environmental compliance practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead coordination meetings and interface with clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies
• Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment with consistent on-site presence
• Own reliable transportation required
