Team Lead Requirements:
Valid Arizona contractor's license (ROC preferred)Current general liability insurance3+ years of proven roofing installation leadership experienceAbility to manage and coordinate a crew of 2-4 installersExpertise in residential and commercial roofing systemsOwn professional-grade tools and equipmentReliable transportation for crew and materialsDemonstrated ability to work efficiently in Arizona's desert climateCrew Requirements:
