PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LNA/Nurse Aide
As an LNA or Nurse Aide, youll be a vital part of our residents daily lives, helping them maintain dignity and independence. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and groomingSupporting residents with mobility and comfortProviding care according to residents care plans.Communicating observations to nursing staffMaintaining a safe and homelike environment while responding and attending to residents physical and psychosocial needs appropriately.Documenting resident information in charts by completing reports, logs, and recordsContributing to a positive and respectful team cultureEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION OF THE LNA/Nurse Aide
High school diploma or equivalent.LNA license preferred, but not requiredSKILLS AND ABILITIES OF THE NURSES AIDE/LNA
