Summary of Position Functions
The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects, from the RFP/RFQ process through to completion. This role will collaborate with a diverse team of Site Superintendents, Architects, Engineers, Owners, and Subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. This role involves overseeing daily onsite operations, managing project budgets, and providing regular progress reports to the Regional Operations Manager ROM). Additionally, the Senior PM ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company standards, while also mentoring project managers and supporting company growth.

Summary of Position Functions
The Commercial Solar Technician works to assist the construction and maintenance departments by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on contracted PV systems. The technician will be involved with AC and DC wiring, Device, and PV module installation support to the construction team and commissioning of newly constructed Electrical and Solar generation sites. Additionally, our technicians are trained to service EV charging stations and are part of a growing EV service organization.
Essential Position Functions
Performs routine PV maintenance on contracted solar assets.Manages visual & mechanical inspections and repairs.Performs electrical testing including megger, insulation resistance, and PV curve trace.Manages filter replacements, annual inverter maintenance, and PV maintenance.Documents each PM visit with pictures and test results.Manages EV charger repair and documentation of service visits per customer requirements.Performs T&M service calls and emergency service calls.Communicates service jobs to service coordinator.Documents work with pictures & test results (reports to be sent to the client).Maintains the equipment per manufacturer’s recommendations.Assists with commissioning, energization of electrical equipment, inverters, and communication equipment.Oversees sub-contractors as needed.Note: The statements contained herein describe the essential functions of this position but should not be an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.
