    ChemTreat is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing industrial water treatment accounts within the Knoxville, TN - Southeast Tennessee territory, with a primary emphasis on customers in the fiberglass manufacturing and data center operations sectors, along with additional key accounts across the assigned region. In this role, the majority of time will be dedicated to strengthening and expanding established customer relationships, ensuring continued delivery of ChemTreat's value proposition and measurable return on investment. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with long-standing clients to understand evolving operational needs, optimize water treatment programs, and improve system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. While the primary focus is on existing account management and growth, the position also includes responsibility for developing new business opportunities within the Southeast Tennessee territory to support profitable expansion. This role requires a consultative, technical sales approach and close collaboration with customers and internal technical teams to solve complex water treatment challenges and reinforce ChemTreat's position as an industry leader. Successful individuals must also have an understating and technical knowledge within the industry of chemicals and water treatment. This position is focused on maintaining existing customer accounts and generating new business to drive ChemTreat's market position within one or several of our vertical industries. The Corporate Account Manager, Food and Beverage will be responsible for retaining existing customers by fostering the ChemTreat value certification as well as actively pursuing leads to generate new accounts. In addition, they will need to be a team player with the ability to foster relationships and work closely with Field Sales, technical staff, and management to develop retention and growth strategies for assigned portfolio. This position is primarily focused on the profitable growth of existing customer business and the acquisition of new customers through the identification, prioritization, strategic analysis, and sales plan development/execution new business. The CFO is an active participant in senior management commercial strategy planning, financial planning and results, and is charged with providing concise, accurate, and timely analysis of the key business trends and financial metrics reporting/analysis. This position has the overall responsibility for the monitoring and reporting of the financial position of ChemTreat and provides clear interpretation of the results to effectively drive meaningful improvements and ensure that all reports are accurate and timely. The candidate should have proven experience in a large international public company.
